After nearly a decade refining his sales and administrative skills in the automotive industry, David transitioned into the industrial cleaning sector. Leveraging his transferable skills, he played a pivotal role in expanding the market share for three prominent Scottish industrial services companies: Walsh Brothers, Hazco Environmental, and CIS. David’s success led to the opportunity to manage Walsh Brothers, where he significantly exceeded expectations. He doubled the annual turnover, enhanced the company’s infrastructure, and expanded its capabilities. This experience inspired David to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions, ultimately leading to the creation of AIIR Environmental.

At AIIR Environmental, that team is led by our Finance Director, Kate, who takes great pride in fostering strong customer relationships and maintaining integrity in all her work. Coming from a background in Childcare, Kate has been instrumental in cultivating a caring, respectful, and inclusive culture within AIIR Environmental. With additional experience in Finance and Administration, Kate transitioned into Bookkeeping for a leading High Pressure Water Jetting Company a few years ago. Her unwavering support, eagerness to learn, and constant pursuit of improvement were key factors that inspired David to take the bold step of founding AIIR Environmental.

It’s rare to find someone as genuine and trustworthy as Emma. Her positive, fun-loving nature brings a daily dose of joy and energy to the AIIR office. Alongside her vibrant personality, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge from her years of experience in the finance industry, meticulously managing AIIR Environmental’s books. Emma’s career has largely revolved around customer interaction, from providing initial support with Police Scotland to handling pensions and payroll for one of the UK’s largest providers.
